The fact that Monday integrates with Slack is perfect because we set it up to automatically notify us in Slack of anything we need to know about in Monday. So, if a project gets moved into my court in Monday, I get a Slack notification. If a new job is created in Monday, a new channel is created in Slack for that job automatically. This way we don't have information spread out in many different places. We can keep communication in one program so we always know where to find it.”

However, there just doesn't seem to be a good way to do any html text in any Monday columns, which makes it hard to use it for any important tasks. “It would be so nice if we could integrate Dropbox with Monday. However (at no fault of Monday's), Dropbox doesn't let us do any integration with Teams folders. It integrates just fine with personal folders, but won't connect to teams. That makes it completely useless because obviously we need to use our teams folders when working as a business. Dropbox needs to change this. But it's not Monday's fault. Dropbox has this same problem with Zapier and other software. It's obviously their own dumb fault.”
